when do deliveries start?

for the 2025 season, our pumpkin delivery + design installs will run from the week of september 22nd through october 26th. for special requests or other preferred dates, please email us.

just purchased my porch package, what’s next?

now we handle all the rest! once your order has been received, we will be in touch to schedule your delivery and set up. we will ask for a photo of the preferred place that you want your pumpkin install to go so we have an idea of the space we will be working with. plus, with our services, there is no need to be home when we deliver and install!

which package is best for me?

we offer a variety of packages with suggested add-ons to elevate any space. unsure which package will work in your space? email us and send a picture of your porch, storefront, or event spot and we will make suggestions based on your style and requests- all while keeping your budget in mind. we also do custom orders! email us to learn more or inquire about our custom order costs.

how long will my pumpkins last?

we like to tell customers that your pumpkins can last anywhere from 8-10 weeks. our high-quality pumpkins are sourced from local farms, which we think really makes a difference for how long they will last for the season. and to help your pumpkins thrive in the midwest elements, we give each one a vinegar and soap soak (a safe bleach alternative for the critters). this is meant to kill off any fungus or bacteria that may cause your pumpkins to rot. while we cannot guarantee that any of our pumpkins will not rot or go bad, we believe these extra steps really go a long way to help you enjoy your fall install a little longer into the season.

where do you deliver?

located in right in the heart of cleveland, ohio, we are happy to provide free delivery within a 30 mile radius. services outside of this area may include an additional delivery fee depending on exact location. please email us if you fall outside of our delivery zone to determine any additional fees with your delivery.
